Le Peep started with a simple idea in Aspen, Colorado: care about freshness and quality, and prepare every dish fresh, every day. From those first plates in Aspen, Le Peep grew into the Denver area and then across the country, first as a franchise and later through a licensing model.
Plenty has changed along the way, but the mission never has. Here at Le Peep Valparaiso, we carry that same standard, cracking eggs to order and prepping in-house so “fresh” means exactly what it says. As we like to put it: we don’t do it to be different, we do it to be better.
We take pride in the fact that our food is prepared fresh daily. We don’t do this to be different, we do it to be better!
